Sabine Kruger

Sabine Krüger (born March 13, 1956 in Berlin ) is a German songwriter and author .

Life

Sabine Krüger grew up in Berlin. She gained her first stage experience at the age of 44. Before that, she wrote texts for other performers as well as children's songs for the TV programs from the MDR series "Eene meene mopel".

In 2001 she moved to Sylt . Since then she has given regular cabaret appearances exclusively with her own songs on Sylt and other cabaret stages with solo programs such as B. love, urges, swipes or my songs .

In 2009 her book Snoring or the Concert of the Swallowed Toads was published . In 2014 she published pictures of her father, the Berlin photographer Heinrich Kuhn, on the subject of West Berlin before urban renewal in the sixties in the book Armutszeugnisse . It also contains an essay by Boris von Brauchitsch on The History of the Berlin Apartment Building . Since 2013 the artist has also appeared as a photographer with the photo book publication "Meerditationen".
