Sacha Kunz

Sacha Jan Kunz (born June 13, 1977 ; resident in Heimberg ) is a Swiss right-wing extremist .

Life

Kunz is a bricklayer by profession . He is the father of two children.

Kunz founded the organization Blood and Honor Switzerland and the Nationally Oriented Swiss Party (PNOS) in 2000, of which he remained president until 2003. In summer 2003 he resigned from the party.

Sacha Kunz was also active in the right-wing extremist subculture. He was the owner of "Lolo-Versands", a mail order company for hooligan clothing in Rheinfelden . He was unable to open a planned store under the same name. Kunz then ran his mail order business under the name “Sleipnir Records” in Hölstein . Since July 2004 he has been running an online shop. In March 2006 he disbanded it.

Kunz was the singer of the ballad band "Die Eidgenossen". He had already organized a number of right-wing rock concerts. The first single of the ballad band was three songs with the titles: " Der Freiheit ein Gasse ", " Eidgenossen Harus " and " Harstlied ".

According to his own statement, he wants to have left the right-wing extremist scene in September 2006. In this process he has been accompanied by the Children of the Holocaust (akdh) campaign for a long time . As a report from the AKDH shows, Kunz does not seem to have dropped out after all. So he founded a PNOS group on Facebook and attended the Festival of the Nations in 2009. In October 2009, the association therefore saw the exit as a failure.

Legal proceedings

From October 1999 to June 2002 Kunz was involved in six cases of physical confrontation, some of which resulted in injuries. In 2003 he was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 16 months and 15 days in Liestal for simple assault and assault . The president of the court judged Kunz as "extremely violent" and ruthless. In two cases, the victims were granted benefits of CHF 1,000 and CHF 2,000.

In October 2005, the project manager of the “Swiss Citizens of the World against Violence and Racism”, Heinz Kaiser, filed a criminal complaint against Kunz for racial discrimination. This was canceled in 2006 for lack of evidence.

At the beginning of March 2006, the Ludwigsburg District Court sentenced Kunz to a fine of 3600 euros for disseminating propaganda material by unconstitutional organizations.
