Sadije Toptani (born August 28, 1876 in Tirana , † November 25, 1934 in Durrës ) was a member of the Ottoman, formerly powerful Albanian Toptani family. From 1928 she officially carried the title “Queen Mother of All Albanians”.

She was the daughter of Salah Bey Toptani and the cousin of Essad Pascha Toptani . She was the second wife of Xhemal Pascha Zogu after the death of his first wife Melek Hanem. Sadije Toptani married Xhemal Pascha in 1891 and gave birth to seven children, in addition to their son Ahmet, daughters Adile (1894–1966), Nafije (1900–1955), Senije (1908–1969), Myzejen (1909–1969), Ruhije (1910 -1948) and Maxhide (1911-1970). After Xhamal Pasha passed away in 1911, she took over the management of the family until her son was old enough for the role.

After Ahmet became king of the Albanians in 1928, she received the official title of Queen Mother of all Albanians ( Albanian  Nëna Mbretëreshë e Shqiptarëve ) on September 1, 1928 , which she kept until her death. She monitored the royal kitchen to make sure her son wasn't poisoned.

Sadije Toptani died in Durrës and was buried in Tirana. On the southern outskirts of the city, a mausoleum was built for her near her grave , and her remains were transferred to this at the end of 1935.
