The Sadr Theological Seminary ( Persian : مدرسه صدر [ mædɾɛsɛ jɛ sædɾ ]) is one of the largest theological seminaries in Isfahan , Iran . The seminary was built by Mohammad Hosseyn Khan Sadr Esfahani, a famous governor of Isfahan, in the era of Fath Ali Shah . Although the structure and decorations of the school remained incomplete due to the death of its founder, it is appreciated for its very old trees and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Its facade is one of the best preserved masonry associations in Isfahan. Photography is not permitted in Isfahan's theological seminaries.
