Sage ERP b7
Sage b7 is an ERP system for the British Sage Group belonging to Sage Software GmbH . The ERP system is aimed primarily at the manufacturing and retail sectors.
In 2019 the version Sage b7 Release 7.6 will be released.
Sage b7 can be operated on two different database systems: Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
history
The first version of the system was developed by bäurer AG in the 1980s and has always been adapted to the requirements of the market over the years. After the system b2 had undergone a technical change, it was sold from 2007 to 2011 under the names bäurer INDUSTRY and bäurer TRADE. In the meantime, Sage Software GmbH took over the company bäurer AG and in 2011 the name of the system was fully integrated into the Sage Software company. From now on the system will be sold under the name Sage b7.
target group
Like the previous systems, Sage b7 is designed for German medium -sized companies and shows its strengths primarily in the discrete manufacturing , apparatus construction , mechanical engineering , vehicle construction (especially suppliers), automotive parts trade and technical trade sectors.
