The Saida International Stadium ( Arabic : إستاد صيدا الدولي) is a multi-purpose stadium in Sidon, Lebanon (Saida).
history
The stadium was built directly on the sea in place of the Saida Municipal Stadium. It is one of the closest stadiums in the world to the ocean.
The stadium was one of three venues for the 12th Asian Football Championship in 2000 . The sports facility is mainly used for national and international football matches. The stadium also has an athletics facility .
