Saihan
Saihan district ( Chinese 赛罕 区 , Pinyin Sàihǎn Qū ; Mongolian ᠰᠠᠶᠢᠬᠠᠨ ᠲᠣᠭᠣᠷᠢᠭ Sayiqan toɣoriɣ ) belongs to the administrative area of the district-free city of Hohhot , the capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 1,013 km² and has around 360,000 inhabitants.
