Salim Samatou

Salim Samatou (* 1993 in India ) is an in Germany living Moroccan-Indian stand-up - comedian . He won the RTL Comedy Grand Prix 2016.

Life

Samatou was born in India to an Indian mother and a Moroccan father and grew up in Mumbai . When he was 14 years old, he came to Germany with his parents, where he continued to grow up in Bad Kreuznach . In Germany he first attended secondary school , learned the German language , switched to the Realschule at the Heidenmauer and graduated from the commercial high school . He then studied international business informatics at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences . He then completed a master's degree in history at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz .

After winning the RTL Comedy Grand Prix, he started the solo program “Voll Tight” and appeared in nine episodes with the RebellComedy Ensemble. His current program is called “Inder Tat”.
