Salzburg night studio

The Salzburg Night Studio is a science program on Austria 1 (Ö1).

The weekly, one-hour series was founded by science editor Paul Becker and first broadcast on November 6, 1956. It is the oldest science program on Ö1. Paul Becker followed Oskar Schatz from 1963 to 1984 , Hans Spatzenegger from 1985 to 2000 and Elisabeth J. Nöstlinger from 2000 to 2017 . Martin Haidinger has been heading the Salzburg night studio since 2017 .
