Sam Hardy (rower)

Sam Hardy (born July 21, 1995 ) is an Australian rower .

Athletic career

Sam Hardy competed three times in a row with the four-man with helmsman at the U23 World Championships . In 2015 and 2017 he finished fifth, in 2016 he won the bronze medal.

In 2019, Hardy rowed at the World Championships in Linz-Ottensheim together with Joshua Hicks in two without a helmsman and won the bronze medal behind the Croatians and the New Zealanders.

Sam Hardy is 1.98 m tall and studied film studies at Harvard University , where he graduated.
