Sam Malin

Sam Malin (born September 29, 1963 ) is a Canadian entrepreneur who works in Madagascar . He is the founder of numerous companies such as Madagascar Oil , Red Island Minerals , Avana Petroleum and Avana Uranium .

Life

Malin attended St. Michaels University School in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He studied at Queen's University (Kingston) (Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering) and at the University of Cambridge . He then worked at Standard & Poor’s .
