Career

De Meester moved from Excelsior Rotterdam to Cercle Brugge in June 2002 . There he played briefly in the second Belgian league before moving to the second team of FC Augsburg in July 2006 via third division KSK Maldegem free of charge .

Due to acute injury problems in the first team of the second division, coach Ralf Loose called Sam de Meester to the second division squad , where he played a game. In the 2007/2008 season, de Meester was officially part of the professional squad of FC Augsburg .

At the end of August 2008 he moved to the southern regional division TSV Gersthofen. After he left the club again in the summer of 2009, his career continued. Only a change to TOGR ( Tot Ons Genoegen Rotterdam ) in August 2010 shows his next known station. De Meester left the Bulgarian club FK Etar Veliko Tarnowo after just one year, in the summer of 2012. The last known club was VV Heerjansdam in the 2012/13 season.
