Samantha Ferris
Samantha Ferris (born November 2, 1968 in North Vancouver , Canada ) is a Canadian actress . She worked in numerous television productions.
Life
Samantha Ferris initially worked as a television reporter and weather announcer for KVOS TV-12 ( Bellingham (Washington) ) and for BCTV in Vancouver. Since 1996 she has played numerous roles in English language television series and television productions. She made her theatrical debut in the 2001 film In the Spider's Web as Mrs. Hume. She played the role of Nina Jarvis in the American science fiction series 4400 - The Returners ; in the series Supernatural she appeared in six episodes of the second season and two episodes of the fifth season as Ellen Harvelle . In V - The visitorsshe had a two-part guest role as a private investigator in 2010. In 2010 she played the role of Deputy Director Lynch in the episode Baptiste in the series Human Target .
In 2015, she appeared in the television films Mord à la carte - A Good Drop of Poison ( Gourmet Detective ) and Mord à la carte - A Comfortable Place to Die ( Gourmet Detective: A Healthy Place to Die ) as Captain Forsyth.
