Waldemar Quapp (born January 29, 1970 in Qaraghandy , Kazakh SSR , Soviet Union ) is a former German ice hockey goalkeeper who last played for EV Lindau .

Career

Waldemar Quapp began his career in the 1985/86 season with the Soviet second division club Awtomobilist Karaganda . In his first season, the goalkeeper played four games and conceded twelve goals. During his military service he played from 1988 at the Army Club SKA Novosibirsk in the second highest Soviet league before he returned to his home club in Karaganda after two seasons, where he stayed for one season. In 1991 Waldemar moved to the Ratinger Löwen and two years later to the ECD Sauerland . In the 1994/95 season Quapp played seven games for the Frankfurt Lions in the DEL . The other stations were EV Landsberg , ERSC Amberg and EV Ravensburg . At his last club, EV Lindau , he was under contract from 2006 to 2013.
