Samuel Laforest-Jean (born January 17, 1990 ) is a Canadian biathlete .

Samuel Laforest-Jean starts for Biathlon Estrie . At the Canadian Championships 2011 in Charlo he was on the side of Audrey Vaillancourt and Rémi Grégoire Jacques as a mixed relay Quebec II third in the junior class. The Franco-Canadian achieved his greatest success so far in the Biathlon NorAm Cup in Valcartier in the 2011/12 season . In the sprint race, he achieved a podium finish for the first time in third place behind Vincent Blais and David Grégoire .

His sister Élisabeth Laforest-Jean is also a biathlete.
