Samuli Aro (born April 12, 1975 in Järvenpää , Finland ) is a Finnish motorcyclist and five-time world champion in enduro sports .

Samuli Aro started his first motocross race in 1989 . At the Finnish Motocross Championships in 1996 he was third in the class up to 250 cm³ and in 1999 he won the Finnish Enduro Championship in the class up to 125 cm³.

After he was third in the Enduro World Championship in the class up to 250 cm³ in 2001, he won four world championship titles in the following years.

He won his titles on the following brands (class):

  • 2002 Husqvarna (250 2T)
  • 2004 KTM (E3)
  • 2005 KTM (E2)
  • 2006 KTM (E2)
  • 2008 KTM (E3)

With the Finnish national team, he won the Trophy five times at the International Six-Day Race (1999, 2002-2004 and 2006) and twice the overall ranking of his individual driver class. He is currently racing for KTM Enduro Factory Farioli .

Samuli Aro is married and has one son.
