The Sandeggtind (Norwegian for sand ridge summit ) is a 3055 m high mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is the highest peak in the Conrad Mountains in the Orvinfjella and rises 1.5 km south of the Sandhø from the Sandegga .
Participants in the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher discovered and photographed him. Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it using aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
