Sandra Praxmarer-Carus is a German economist .

Life

From 1991 to 1997 she studied business administration (specializations: finance and banking, marketing, mathematical processes of the WiSo) at the University of Augsburg . From 1997 to 2001 she was a research assistant at the chair for marketing in Augsburg . After her doctorate (Dr. rer. Pol.) In 2001, subject area: Effects of physical attractiveness on the persuasiveness of communicators, University of Augsburg, she was a consultant for industrial holdings at Allianz SE from 2001 to 2005 . From 2002 to 2003 she worked on the project to evaluate alternative sales channels for insurance products in European markets, Allianz SE. From 2005 to 2007 she had a postdoctoral fellowship from the university and science program, subject area: Building trust in intercultural business relationships. From 2007 to 2009 she was a lecturer in marketing at the University of Wollongong . After completing her habilitation in business administration at the University of Augsburg in 2008, she taught from 2010 to 2011 as a junior professor for business administration, in particular marketing intelligence, at the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg . Since 2011 she has held the professorship for business administration, in particular marketing, at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich .
