Sanitary material warehouse
A sanitary material warehouse is a military property that stores drugs and medical products for the Bundeswehr. A medical supplies store is managed by a staff pharmacist or senior staff pharmacist .
The Bundeswehr has medical supplies stores in Epe (Westphalia) and Krugau ( Märkische Heide ).
The predecessors of the sanitary material stores were the sanitary depots and the main medical depots. A large part of these facilities was closed in the 1990s and 2000s ( Neugablonz (2005), Efringen-Kirchen (2007), Lorch (2008), Euskirchen , Blankenburg (Harz) and Quakenbrück ).
