Sanliqiao

The Sanliqiao site ( Chinese  三 里 桥 遗址 , Pinyin Sānlǐqiáo yízhǐ , English Sanliqiao site ) is a Neolithic site in China. Located on the banks of the Jian He涧河 River in Sanliqiao ( 三 里 桥村 ) Village of Sanmenxia in Henan Province, China , it was researched by the Archaeological Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in the 1950s . The archaeological finds include historical remains from the Yangshao culture , Henan Longshan culture and Miaodigou II culture .
