Santi Aquila e Priscilla (Latin: Sanctorum Aquilae et Priscillae ) is a church in Rome .

The parish was established on November 5, 1971 with the decree of Cardinal Angelo Dell'Acqua "Neminem fugit". With a donation from Marchese Antonio Gerini, the church could be commissioned.

The modern church building was built from 1989 to 1992 based on a design by the architect Ignazio Breccia Fratadocchi and consecrated on May 10, 1992 by Ugo Cardinal Poletti . On November 15, 1992 Pope John Paul II consecrated the church. He also elevated the church to a titular church of the Roman Catholic Church on November 26, 1994 . The namesake are Priscilla and Aquila . It is the church of the parish of Santi Aquila e Priscilla.

The church is arranged elliptically in plan. The ceiling rises slightly above the chancel with the main altar made of light marble and ends in a large skylight. The presbytery is dominated by a large painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe . The church is equipped with a tamburini pipe organ.

The church is located in the Roman quarter of Portuense in the XI. Munizipium in Via Pietro Blasera, 113 between a residential area that was densely built up from the 1960s and an industrial area on the right bank of the Tiber that is now largely derelict .
