Sarah Freutel (born July 11, 1992 in Essen ) is a former German soccer player . The midfielder played for SGS Essen .

Career

Sarah Freutel began her career at FSV Kettwig . From there she moved to SG Essen-Schönebeck for the 2005/06 season and played in various youth teams. She played her first appearance in the Bundesliga team on February 21, 2009 in a 2-2 draw against the women of FC Bayern Munich as a substitute. She ended her career in 2019.
