Satoru Hoshino ( Japanese 星野 悟 Hoshino Satoru ; born February 4, 1989 in Maebashi ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Hoshino learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Commercial High School and the university team at Chukyo University . He signed his first contract in 2011 with Thsspa Kusatsu (today: Thespakusatsu Gunma). The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed 14 league games. In 2014 he moved to third division club FC Machida Zelvia . In 2015 he was runner-up in the J3 League with the club and was promoted to the J2 League. For the club he completed 60 league games. At the end of 2017 he ended his career as a football player.
