Schönau is a district of Wolperath in the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district . The house was the elementary school of the southern suburbs.

Schönau is on the eastern side of Hennefer Straße, in the south of Wiescheid . Birken lies to the south and Schöneshof to the east .
history
In 1888 there were no residents in the building, in 1901 the teacher Peter Kuttenkeuler lived here with his wife. In 1910, teacher Josef Scheer is listed as a resident of the school.
The property belonged to the Neunkirchen community until 1969 .
