Architecture and history
The three-story plastered building was built around the period from 1860 to 1870 in the style of late classicism . The five-axis facade has a simple design, but has rustication covering the entire facade . In the area of the window openings and the cornice, there are finely crafted stucco profiles typical of the construction period . The facade design on the first floor was lost and no longer existed in the 2000s. In the course of a renovation, it was restored. The house is covered with a gable roof .
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 17872 .
The building is considered part of the late nineteenth road train as urban important, and it represents a clear contrast to the developed later and larger neo-baroque houses of the period due to his previous creation.
