Schönebecker Straße 115 is a listed residential and commercial building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the east side of Schönebecker Straße in the Buckau district of Magdeburg in the so-called Buckauer bottleneck . To the south is the also listed building at Schönebecker Strasse 114 , to the north is at Schönebecker Strasse 116 .
Architecture and history
The five-storey plastered building was built in 1892 by the master carpenter August Wischeropp for the builder master carpenter Otto Wernecke in the neo-baroque style. The consuming and representative designed facade has at each of their outer axes in front of the first through third floor via polygonal applied bay . There are balustrades as stucco elements in the areas of the parapets. There are also half-columns and a console cornice.
The ground floor was later changed, which is presented in a simple way today.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is recorded as a monument under registration number 094 17873 .
As part of the Wilhelminian style street, the building is considered significant in terms of urban development.
