Schepenupet II. (Also Schepenwepet II. ), Daughter of Pharaoh Pije , was around 710 to 650 BC. Chr. God's Wife of Amun .

Life

From 670 B.C. She held this office together with her niece and adopted daughter Amenirdis II . In the temple complex of Karnak , some Osiris chapels of Schepenupet II are attested, as well as one in Medamud . Her burial chapel is in Medinet Habu . She was the sister of the later pharaohs Shebitko and Taharqa .
