Schillstrasse 20 (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Schillstraße 20 is a listed building on Schillstraße in Stralsund , at the confluence with Fährstraße .
The three-storey and four-axle building was built in the mid-19th century.
The facade is rusticated plastered on the ground floor and brick-faced on the upper floors . The structure is late classicist . Belt cornices optically separate the floors from each other. The windows on the first floor are provided with window canopies .
An ornamental band with stucco pierced by four smaller windows and the eaves cornice resting on this band on consoles form the end of the house.
The two-winged front door, framed by pilasters, dates from the time it was built.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 682.
