Shlomo Elyashiv

Schlomo Eljaschiw (Hebrew שלמה בן חיים חייקל אלישיב ; also mentioned under the names Shlomo Elyashiv or Shlomo Eliashoff ; * January 5, 1841 / 12. Tevet 5602; † March 13, 1926 / 27. Adar 5676), son of Rabbi Chaim Chaikl Eliashoff , was a Kabbalist in Šiauliai, Lithuania .

His most famous work is that in the four parts Drushei Olam HaTohu (Sefer HaDei'ah) - Hakdamot u'She'arim (HaKadosh) - Sha'arei Leshem Shevo V'Achlama, Sefer HaBeiurim - Sha'arei Leshem Shevo V'Achlama, Sefer HaKlallim published Leshem Shevo V'Achlama .

Shlomo Elyashiv is the grandfather of Joseph Shalom Elyashiv .
