Balfanz Castle ( Polish : Pałac w Białowąsach ) is a mansion in today's Polish Białowąs, Powiat Szczecinecki (Neustettin district), municipality of Barwice (Bärwalde), West Pomeranian Voivodeship
In 1939, the von Rittberg owners were those who had also settled in Prussia on Stangenberg near Nikolaiken , in Silesia and in Hungary. The two-storey mansion preserved today dates from the 18th century. A veranda was added in the late 19th century .
The mansion is built on a rectangular floor plan on a stone foundation and has gable roofs . The facade is designed with two side risalits .
The castle park, a landscape park from the first half of the 19th century, is well maintained today. A black walnut , cypress , a southern Japanese hemlock and a 700-year-old pedunculate oak are designed in the style of romantic eclecticism .
