Eppersdorf Castle
Eppersdorf Castle is a small castle in the village of the same name in the municipality of Brückl in Carinthia .
history
The simple, two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan has hardly changed since it was built in the 17th century, as a comparison with the illustration made by Valvasor in 1688 shows. The rustikaportal is marked with the year 1694, on the full hipped roof there is a small, ridge-like clock tower. Siegfried Hartwagner describes the building , which is now a listed building, as a "characteristic example of a mansion belonging to a small country gentleman".
