Chimney sweep (pastries)
Schlotfeger is a pastry made from a hip , which is filled with whipped cream and sometimes also with butter , and coated with couverture or chocolate .
The name alludes to the similarity with the infructescence of the " cattail " (colloquially "Schlotfeger").
