The Schottenfelder Realschule existed from 1874 to 1968 in Neustiftgasse in the Schottenfeld district in Vienna's 7th district, Neubau . The school building is on since 1964 Musikgymnasium Vienna used and is under monument protection ( list entry ).

history

In 1770, a Real-Handlungs-Akademie was founded in the inner city on Impact in Heaven No. 3 and was located in the Annakloster on Annagasse 3 from 1775 to 1815. From 1851 the Schottenfelder Oberrealschule existed on Westbahnstraße 25 and moved in 1874 until it closed in 1968 as Schottenfelder Realschule in Neustiftgasse 95–99.
