Schulmann is the name of an Estonian noble family that was later also widespread in Sweden and Finland .

history

The sex was in 1495 with Henry Scholman the Order Master Wolter von Plettenberg to Tomel in Estonia for work military service invested . In 1634 it was introduced (no.176) to the nobility class of the Swedish knighthood , in 1764 enrolled in the Estonian knighthood in 1780, enrolled in the Oesel knighthood and in 1818 the introduction (no.13) into the Finnish knighthood .
