School rules
School regulations are the designations of state regulations that are issued by the responsible ministry for state schools.
At the school level, the term school regulations is also used for a general code of conduct for teachers and pupils. B. issued by the school conference or the overall conference .

School rules as house rules
In some federal states (e.g. Bremen, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein) schools have local school rules , which merely represent expanded house rules . In addition to the rules for using the building, it contains rules of conduct for dealing with students, teachers and parents. There are do's and don'ts for the safe way to school or break regulations. In addition, classes can have their own class orders. Provisions such as compulsory schooling , performance evaluation or transfers are stipulated by state law.
Further regulations
School regulations (in the sense of a state law ordinance) must in particular regulate the admission, promotion or departure of students at a school, provided that this is done in addition to the school law issued by the state .
