The AWO-Schultenhof in Dortmund - Renninghausen in the Hombruch district is a living and working project of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) for disabled people in the field of organic farming with affiliated open-air catering. The main focus is on integrating disabled people into working life in organic farming and horticulture.

The Schultenhof is located right next to the Bolmke nature reserve . Pigs, goats and chickens are kept on it. He also owns a greenhouse and events are held. He is a member of the Bioland Association. It is expressly not worked with pesticides, artificial fertilizers or the like. The Schultenhof's motto is “Live and work on an ecological farm”.

The Schultenhof offers, among other things:

  • a dormitory for currently 24 disabled people
  • an organic farm that cultivates grain, potatoes, and outdoor vegetables
  • a farm shop that offers a full range of foreign and self-made goods
  • a historic farmhouse, which also houses the farm shop
  • a country café with outdoor restaurants and a children's playground

The Schultenhof is registered as an architectural monument in the list of monuments of the city of Dortmund .
