The Schussrieder Brewery Ott GmbH & Co.KG is a brewery in Bad Schussenried in Upper Swabia ( Baden-Württemberg ).

The Schussenried brewing tradition goes back to the Klosterbräuhaus of the Schussenried Premonstratensian Monastery, which was founded in 1183 . After secularization in 1803 and several changes of ownership, in 1906 the master brewer Josef Ott took over what was then the "Kronenbrauerei".
