It is located south of the center of Bad Suderode, set back on the north side of the Schwedderbergstrasse, at the northern foot of the Schwedderberg . The building is registered as a spa pension in the local monument register.

Architecture and history

The two-storey building made of yellow clinker brick, reminiscent of a villa , was built around 1900. Its architecture differs significantly from the surrounding buildings. The representative building has a side risalit on the east side . The polygonal tower on the southwest corner is striking .
