Swiss Barista Championship
On the Swiss Barista Championship (SBC) is the best measure baristas / baristas of Switzerland in the preparation of coffee -Getränken.
The challenge for the participants is to prepare four espressos , four cappuccini and four signature drinks (their own creations) within 15 minutes . These are assessed by four taste judges, two technical judges and a head judge based on taste, appearance, technique and overall impression. The winner of the Swiss Barista Championship is entitled to participate in the World Barista Championship (WBC).
