Scotia Place is a two high-rise office complex in Edmonton , Alberta , Canada . The building is located at 10060 Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton. The building complex was completed in 1983 and, in addition to the office buildings, includes a shopping mall on the ground floor with restaurants and cafes. The building got its name from the Scotiabank .
