Scott Fellows
Scott Fellows (born September 28, 1965 in New Haven , Connecticut ) is an American television producer and screenwriter. He is the creator of the series Ned's Ultimate School Madness , Johnny Test , Big Time Rush, and 100 Things to Get to High School .
Career
Fellows first worked on the cartoon series Cosmo & Wanda - When Elves Help and was nominated for an Emmy Award , in 2004 he came up with the television series Ned's ultimate school madness . Fellows has been working on his cartoon series Johnny Test since 2005 .
