Randall Scott Steele (born February 26, 1958 in Newport ) is a retired American windsurfer .
successes
Scott Steele took part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles in the Windglider boat class . With 46 points he asserted himself just ahead of Bruce Kendall with 46.4 points and won the silver medal in second behind Stephan van den Berg . In the qualification for the Olympic Games in 1988 he was third, so that the US starting place went to Michael Gebhardt , whose training partner he was in the Olympic preparation.
He graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland .
