The Scottsdale Stadium is a baseball - and football stadium in the US city of Scottsdale , State of Arizona .
location
The stadium is located between Downtown and South Scottsdale, near Osborn Plaza. Opposite is the Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center. In the north is the City Court.
history
In 1991 construction began on Scottsdale Stadium. Previously, the old Scottsdale Stadium, which was built in 1956, was located here. In 2006, the stadium was 23.1 million US dollars renovated.

baseball
The stadium has hosted the San Francisco Giants' spring training program since 1992 . The Major League Baseball team has signed a license agreement that runs until 2025. Furthermore, the minor league baseball teams Scottsdale Scorpions and Arizona League Giants play in the stadium. From 1992 to 1997, Scottsdale Stadium was also home to the Phoenix Firebirds.
Soccer
In the 2015 season, Arizona United played its home games in the United Soccer League in the stadium.
