Seán Goulding ( 1877 - December 15, 1959 ) was an Irish politician . He sat both as Teachta Dála (= Member of Parliament) in the Dáil Éireann (= Irish House of Commons) and as a Senator in the Seanad Éireann (= Senate of Ireland). In the latter he was Cathaoirleach (= chairman) from 1943 to 1948 .
