The Sealer Hill ( English for seal hunter hill ) a about 70 m (according to Bulgarian information 91 m ) high hill on the Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Byers Peninsula , it looms near the western end of the South Beaches .
The British Antarctic Survey carried out geological work here between 1975 and 1976. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1978 after the at least three simple stone huts at the foot of the hill that seal hunters are believed to have built.
