Sebastian Zinke (politician)
Sebastian Zinke (born July 26, 1981 in Walsrode ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He has been a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament since 2017 .
Life
Zinke grew up in Fallingbostel-Dorfmark and, after graduating from high school, studied law at the University of Osnabrück with a subsequent second state examination.
In 2010 he joined the police service of the state of Lower Saxony and took on a management role there in 2012. In the following year he moved to the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Interior as a consultant for Federal Council and Cabinet matters. From 2014 he was then an advisor to the SPD parliamentary group, and from 2015 as a personal advisor to the deputy Johanne Modder .
Party and politics
Zinke joined the SPD in 2003. He has been a member of the Bomlitz Council since 2011 and has been parliamentary group leader since 2016. In addition, he has been a member of the district council of the Heidekreis district since 2006 . In the state elections in Lower Saxony in 2017 , he received a direct mandate in the state electoral district of Walsrode .
