Sechmach was the wife of the Cushite king Nastasen , who probably lived in the fourth century BC. Ruled.

Sechmach carried the titles " King's Daughter, King's Wife " and " Lady of Egypt ", the latter title had no real meaning. Sechmach appears on the large stele of her husband that is in Berlin today. It is also known from its grave stele, which was rebuilt in a temple near Gebel Barkal . Her burial place is unknown.
