Seestrasse 3 (Stralsund)
The house with the postal address Seestraße 3 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on Seestraße .
The four-storey , six-axle house was built like the neighboring house at Seestrasse 4 in 1905 and is designed almost identically.
The facade is made of yellow brick and has a Gothic style. Friezes , bands , window frames and the console cornice are designed with red bricks . The two outer axes are emphasized by wider segmental arches and by mid-houses . Two parapet panels arranged in fronts visually connect the first and second floors.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 696.
The house is used as a residential and commercial building.
