Ōki Seikan
Ōki Seikan ( Japanese 大 木 正 幹 ; born January 14, 1907 in Miyazaki Prefecture , † October 19, 2000 in Saitama Prefecture ) was a Japanese sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 1932, he was fifth in the 4-by-400-meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 400 m .
He set his personal best of 50.0 seconds in 1932.
