First of all, he wants to resign, mainly because he finds his new boss, Masamune Takano, unbearable and grueling. But when Takano insults him and calls him useless, Onodera's pride forces him to stay to prove otherwise. He later learns that Masamune Takano is a former classmate of his and was previously called Saga. Onodera was in love with him and had finally confessed his love to him, but was hurt and vowed never to fall in love again. When he recognizes his old love, his oath is tested, which also leads to conflicts with his boss. Masamune Takano was also injured by his failed relationship with Onodera. Now Masamune tries to win Onodera back for himself.

She later discovered the bond between Masamune and Ritsu and encourages him to do his best while telling Masamune that she will not forgive him if he hurts Ritsu.
Chiaki Yoshino ( 吉野 千秋 , Yoshino Chiaki )
Chiaki Yoshino is 28 years old and a shōjo manga artist who also goes by the name Chiharu Yoshikawa. Its editor is Yoshiyuki Hatori, a childhood friend. His two best friends are Hatori and Yanase, but the lines between friendship and love begin to blur after a series of confusing events.
